Eighty-four people have been killed by diphtheria outbreaks since October, the World Health Organization (WHO) said Tuesday.
The United Nations agency said 1516 suspected diphtheria cases were recorded in 20 out of 23 provinces in Yemen.
The governorates of Ibb and Hodeidah in central and western Yemen have been listed as the most affected areas.
