A statement condemning the crime of targeting US airlines UAE-Saudi alliance told the House of Sa’da governorate civilians

 

In a series of horrible massacres committed by coalition aircraft new US UAE Saudi Arabia against innocent civilians, coalition aircraft launched, on Thursday morning, 22 March 2018m, several air raids, targeting one of the houses in the Directorate of Border flooding in Sa’da governorate. And the victim of this crime, 17 civilians were killed and injured, most of them women and children.
 We in the bloc, the development of civil freedoms and condemn in the strongest terms the heinous massacre, which is according to the profile of international humanitarian law contained in the four Geneva Conventions and the protocols thereto as war crimes, this profile does not accept the interpretation or controversy, and the fact that they were the targets of innocent civilians, including the rules and principles of international humanitarian law, which aims to provide protection to persons who do not participate in the hostilities, (any civilians in particular).
this Act applies in situations of wars, armed conflicts, and its rules are binding on all parties to the conflict, whether they be States or armed groups under the umbrella of the states.
It requires one of the basic rules of international humanitarian law should be &’the distinction between civilians and combatants&’;. In addition to the base similar to the distinction between &’civilian objects&’; F&’military objectives&’;, where these rules are an integral part of one of the fundamental principles, namely, (the principle of discrimination). The intentionally directing attacks at civilians who are not taking part in the hostilities, directly or indirectly, against civilian objects and one of the war crimes.
It also prohibits disproportionate attacks, attacks in the possible or expected loss of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects accidentally or causing both together, and the damage is excessive compared to the concrete and direct military advantage of the attack could achieve. A DISPROPORTIONATE attack is considered a war crime.
If we compare what committing aggression against the characterization of countries mentioned in the rules and provisions of international humanitarian law, the fact that the countries of the alliance, led by Saudi Arabia, by the shelling and air strikes, without any consideration of the principle of discrimination between civilian and military targets and civilians and combatants are committed war crimes punishable international trial as stipulated by the laws and international humanitarian law.
Civil society also calls for the bloc to form an international commission of inquiry on the crimes committed by the coalition states against innocent civilians, and we condemn the silence of the international community, international bodies and organizations, especially the United Nations, which SPECTATOR about committing aggression against the countries of the alliance of yemenis.
We appeal to the conscience of the free world, Activists condemn these crimes and massacres and to stand by the Yemeni people, uncover and expose the aggression and war crimes perpetrated in front of the peoples of the world.
At the end of the statement we ask for God’s mercy and healing the wounded victims of solidarity and sympathy with their families and God the conciliator,,,
