Saudi warplanes strike a civilian house, potable water pond in Yemen’s Mahweet

The Saudi-led coalition conducted two air raids on Saturday targeting a civilian home and a potable water pond in Kawkaban City, Mahweet Governorate.

The first raid aimed at the house possessed by the citizen Mohamed Fatih, the missile hit the house’s yard, wounding three members of the family, one of which remains in a critical condition, local source reported to YemenExtra.

In addition to serious damage to the house, property and a number of cars and neighboring houses also inflicted heavy material losses.

Moreover, the second strike targeted a potable water pond outside the city of Kawkaban, leading to the contamination of the only source of drinking water in the city.
