SCMCHA, MDM discuss health projects

Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Ibrahim al-Hamli has discussed with Deputy Head of the French Médecins du Monde mission (MDM) Majed Talib the organization’s projects in the health field.

In the meeting, al-Hamali and Talib reviewed aspects of humanitarian work and the coordination mechanism between the organization and the Council to provide the actual needs, and the problems in this aspect.

Al-Hamali pointed out the importance of coordinating the organization with the council in implementing projects and moving from emergency to sustainable in order to avoid problems that might face the implementation of its various activities.

In turn, the deputy head of the mission affirmed the organization’s commitment to coordinating with the council, praising the facilities it provides to humanitarian partners in Yemen.
