US Envoy to Yemen Needs to Be Fair, Stop the Saudi-led War, Siege
The American “Women for Peace” organization considered that the coalition has imposed a brutal blockade on the fuel ships supplying the Yemeni people, a continuation of an air, land and sea blockade since the beginning of the war, with the support of the United States.
The organization stressed that the imposition of the blockade on the entry of fuel into the country, caused the cessation of the delivery of food and humanitarian aid, and led to the interruption of electricity to homes, hospitals and vital facilities.
According to the report, the World Food Program estimated that more than 400,000 Yemeni children will die of malnutrition by the end of this year.
The organization called on the US envoy to Yemen, Linderking, to use his position to pressure Saudi Arabia to fully lift the blockade and allow fuel ships to enter. While the US envoy plans to visit Saudi Arabia this month, the organization expressed the hope that Lenderking would use his political influence on Saudi Arabia to end the war on Yemen.
The organization called on Linder King to apologize for his statements in which he says that oil ships are flowing to Yemen, and demanded him to be fair and to stop lying and falsifying political facts related to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
