Oxfam’s projects in Yemen discussed

Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Council for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCHA) Manea al-Assal discussed on Tuesday with Oxfam’s country director Mohsen Siddiqi  the organization’s projects and the mechanism for enhancing its activities according to the actual need.

The meeting reviewed the problems facing the organization and the possible solutions to overcome them in order to contribute to providing services to beneficiaries according to the standard of need.

Al-Assal pointed out the importance of focusing on priority projects that would serve citizens and alleviate their suffering.

For his part, the Oxfam’s country director praised the SCMCHA’s efforts to overcom difficulties and facilitate the work of the organizations operating in Yemen in order to improve the services provided for the people.
