10 killed in Tennessee flooding

The floods were caused by heavy rains since last Friday, while a number of cities in the state set a record for daily rainfall, the channel said.
The Tennessee State Emergency Agency declared the third level of danger, calling on residents not to use cars and avoid flooded roads.
