Foreign exchange rates record catastrophic rise against Yemeni riyal in southern provinces

The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Friday declined in an alarming manner in the southern provinces, during the past few hours, as the price of one US dollar exceeded the barrier of 1040 riyals, in the provinces of Aden and Hadramout.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni riyal exchange rate in the capital, Sanaa, maintained its stability at about 600 riyals to the dollar. As for the average dollar exchange rate on the black market, it reached 605 riyals.
