FM meets Resident representative of Int’l Federation of Red Cross, Crescent Societies

Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met here on Wednesday with the Resident representative of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Sami Fakhoury.

During the meeting, Sharaf stressed the importance of the International Federation’s intensifying its support for the Yemen Red Crescent Society in vital areas related to providing services to citizens.

For his part, Fakhoury indicated that the Federation attaches special importance to the Yemeni Red Crescent Society, especially in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Republic of Yemen.
