Officials discuss humanitarian situation in Bayda

Deputy Governor of Bayda, Hammoud Shathan and director of the united nations office for Humanitarian Affairs Yasser Al-Hakami on Monday discussed the humanitarian situation in the province.

The meeting touched on the needs and intervention organizations in the fields of water, health and environmental sanitation.

At the meeting, Shathan referred to the needs of the province on the humanitarian side due to the population density and the increasing numbers of displaced persons.
