Communications Corporation: Preventing Entry Of Oil Derivatives Threatens To Stop Communication Stations
The Public Telecommunications Corporation has warned of the dire consequences of the continued detention of oil derivative ships.
A statement issued by the corporation said, “The Public Telecommunications Corporation is anticipating with great concern the escalating oil crisis due to the suffocating blockade on oil derivatives and preventing the entry of fuel ships to the port of Hodeidah by the countries of the aggression coalition.”
The corporation also condemned those measures and gross violations of international and humanitarian covenants, and their effects on various aspects of the life of the Yemeni people, who have been subjected to aggression and blockade over a period of six years.
The statement warned of a humanitarian catastrophe that would exacerbate the suffering of millions, pointing out that preventing the entry of oil derivatives threatens to stop all commercial and service activities, including the telecommunications sector.
