Armed Clashes Erupt Near Al-Maashiq Palace in Aden

Violent clashes broke out near Al-Maashiq Palace in occupied Aden on Saturday night, causing the injury of a woman.

Media sources close to the US-Saudi aggression said that clashes broke out between gunmen in the Shaab Al Aidarous area, adjacent to the Al-Maashiq area, where the presidential palace and the pro-aggression government headquarters are located.

The sources stated that a woman was injured during the clashes in which light and medium weapons were used, explaining that the clashes erupted after a dispute over a plot of land in the area near the palace.

Aden, which is under the invaders and occupiers, suffers from an unprecedented insecurity in light of the proliferation of armed groups affiliated with the wings of the Saudi-Emareti aggression. Armed groups struggle with each other from time to time, sometimes to achieve political gains and extend influence, and at other times due to disputes between its leaders over stolen items and plundering of lands.
