New Round of Negotiations, with Saudi-led Aggression, on the Prisoners’ Exchange, Amman
A new round of negotiation sessions on the Prisoners’ exchange resumed in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in the presence of the delegation of the Prisoners Committee headed by Abdulqadir Al-Murtadha.
In a statement issued, Sunday, the UN mission to Yemen announced the launch of the special meeting of the committee in Amman, explaining that the committee is resuming its discussions between what it described as “the parties in the conflict” to consider the release of additional numbers of prisoners, after the implementation of the largest exchange deal last October that included 1065 people were released.
The delegation of the Prisoners Committee arrived, Saturday, to the Jordanian capital, Amman, to participate in the round of negotiations on prisoners.
