Telecom Ministry condemns coalition’s attack on telecom network in Saada
The Ministry of Telecommunications in Sanaa on Saturday condemned the Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes on the telecommunications network, stations and towers in Saada province.
“The coalition fighter jets targeted telecommunication stations in Jabal Al-Ahmar, Al-Abla and Majaz areas, which led to the destruction of messaging network equipment, broadcasting stations, and telecommunication towers,” the ministry said.
The ministry added that the coalition airstrikes led to the outage of telecommunications and Internet services in more than five districts of the province and deprived tens of thousands of civilians of basic telecommunications services.
