6.5 magnitude earthquake hits border between Russia and Mongolia
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said in a statement, on Monday evening, that an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 was recorded on the Russian-Mongolian border.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) and 277 kilometers southwest of Angarsk, Irkutsk region.
There were no reports of injuries or damage
