RCA, PRI discuss cooperation aspects

Rehabilitation and Correction Authority (RCA) and  the Penal Reform International (PRI) discussed on Monday aspects of cooperation and partnership between the Authority and the Penal.

RCA chairman Abdullah al-Hadi and PRI representative Adel Dabwan touched on the purchase of equipment and tools for sewing laboratories and tools for sanitary isolation rooms to be set up in a number of central prisons in some provinces.

Al-Hadi praised the role of the PRI’s and its services it provides in the field of caring and rehabilitating central prisons in various provinces.

On this part, Dabwan reviewed the projects that will be implemented during the coming period, namely the purchase of equipment and tools for the sewing lab at women’s prison in Sa’ada province and for men’s prison in Hodeida province.
