Sanaa And Riyadh Delegations Sign The First Phase Of The Prisoner Exchange

The executive plan for the first phase of the prisoner exchange agreement to be implemented during (15-17 October, 2020) was signed on Sunday evening by Sanaa and Riyadh delegations to the Swiss Montreux negotiations , a source familiar with the negotiations said.

They had , on the same day,signed a preliminary agreement to release 1,081 prisoners from both sides as a first batch, which includes the release of 680 prisoners of the army and the popular committees and 400 prisoners of the other side, including 15 Saudi captives and four Sudanese.
