Red Sea Ports Corp. loses $ 2.1 billion due to Saudi-led aggression operations
The Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation said on Monday that it has incurred more than $ 2 billion as a result of Saudi-led aggression coalition’s military operations.
According to a statement issued by the Corporation, the direct and indirect damages and losses and societal losses due to targeting and blocking of the corporation’s ports (most notably the port of Hodeidah) amounted to 2 billion and 160 million dollars since the beginning of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression.
The statement added that the crime of targeting and blockade of the corporation’s ports is a breach and a violation of international humanitarian law and recognized international conventions.
