Coalition targets Yemeni provinces with more than 43 air raids

The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Wednesday stepped up their raids on several Yemeni provinces by launching over 43 airstrikes, 25 of which on Marib province.

The coalition aircraft waged a raid on the capital Sanaa targeting al-Hafa area, while other airstrikes hit telecommunication network in Hamdan district of Sanaa province and destroyed it, according to security sources.

In Amran province, the coalition fighter jets targeted the two telecommunication networks in Thaibeen and Bani Suraim districts with two airstrikes after they hit them on Tuesday.

The coalition warplanes waged three raids on Haradh district in Hajjah province, while another raid targeted Takhia area of Majaz district in Saada province.

In Marib province, the coalition aircraft launched 25 raids targeting al-Jafra and Salab areas in Majzar district and al-Ataq area in Serwah district.

The coalition fighter jets also waged four raids on Bayda province, targeting Radman and al-Sowadiya districts, while five airstrikes hit Majaza area in Asir region.

On Tuesday, the coalition warplanes waged 66 air raids on the capital Sanaa and several Yemeni provinces, which destroyed two telecommunication networks in Amran and caused damage to property in the targeted areas.
