MSF Condemns Targeting of Al-Zuhur Neighborhood, Hodeidah

MSF organization condemned the targeting of Al-Zuhur neighborhood, killing and injuring a number of civilians, mostly children. It said that “22 wounded were received in the MSF supported Al Salakhana hospital due to shelling attacks in Al-Zuhur neighborhood in Hodeidah city. 16 patients were children, one of them died.”

“We are deeply concerned that the majority of the victims of the bombing we received were children,” it added.

MSF has supported Al Salkhana Hospital in Hodeidah since 2018 and it is runing the emergency room, operating room and the area of hospitalized patients.

It is noteworthy that the US-Saudi aggression targeted, on Sunday, Al-Zuhur neighborhood with artillery shells, killing and injuring 22 civilians mostly children.
