Yemeni National Delegation: Our Desire for Peace Proven through Initiatives

The head of the National Delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, discussed with the ambassadors to Yemen, of the permanent members of the Security Council, political and humanitarian issues aimd US-Saudi aggression which is in its sixth year.

Abdulsalam explained on his Twitter account today, Tuesday, that “We have proved our desire for peace and through the initiatives we have put forward. The latest of which is the political vision and before it the presidential initiative.” He stressed that the delegation was keen to continue the discussion with the UN envoy in order to stop the war and lift the siege.

In the meeting, the delegation exposed the ceasefire anounced by the Saudi initiative, “it is not real, the shelling and raids contines, as well as military creeps did not stop on various fronts, and the siege intensity increased even more.”
