Coronavirus: Qatar, Kuwait Report New Cases

Qatar’s Health Ministry confirmed on Saturday a new case infected with the novel coronavirus, raising the total number of cases in the country to 12. Kuwait also has detected three new cases of the coronavirus
“The infected patient was subjected to immediate quarantine on arrival in Qatar and has not had any contact with community members since his arrival.

The risk of outbreaks of the disease in the wider community in Qatar is still low,” MoPH said in a statement.

Kuwait confirmed three more cases of coronavirus on Saturday, taking the total infections to 61, according to the health ministry.

A ministry statement said that all of the previously announced cases are in compulsory quarantine.
