Palestinian citizen injured by Israeli fire in West Bank

On Sunday night, Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a Palestinian citizen, allegedly attempting to carry out a run-in in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, Palestinian media reported .

Palestinian sources quoted an eyewitness as saying that the driver lost control of the car and hit rocks on the pavement, and it was not a “run-over” as claimed by the enemy.

Jenin Ambulance Director Mahmoud al-Saadi confirmed that what happened was a traffic accident and that the Palestinian youth was being held by the enemy army.

The Israeli army fired at a Palestinian driver for allegedly trying to run over a group of Zionist enemy soldiers near Jenin.

The site indicated that the Palestinian driver was injured, but no injuries were reported among the soldiers.
