The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor said, that “the handicapped people are an important segment of society, their level of care and benefits should be enhanced to gain from their creativity.”
Dr. Habtoor explained that the coalition war and siege directly caused big damage of a large segment of young people. Many young became disabled bombs and missiles that were dropped on various cities. He pointed out that the statistics resulting from the war, which will enter its sixth year in a few months, are frightening because its real goal and purpose is to weaken the Yemeni People.
The Prime Minister stressed that in their actions they provide models of employment, betrayal and cheap mercenaries, while Sana’a, including with them, they offer the example of great resistance. He thanked the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which oversaw the transfer the prisoners last week to Sana’a as part of its global role, not just Yemen.
