YPC Warns of Worsening Humanitarian Situation in Yemen

Yemen petroleum company spokesman, Director of the Department of Agencies, Transport and Insurance, Amin Al-Shatebi warned of worsening the humanitarian situation in Yemen because of the continued detention of oil derivatives ships by the coalition and preventing their access to Hodeidah port .

Al-Shatebi explained the coalition of aggression is still holding six oil ships despite that they had entry permits from the United Nations in order to increase the citizens suffering.

He also warned of the disastrous effects of the continued detention of oil derivatives ships, holding the United Nations full responsible.

He pointed out that the oil ships, which are banned from reaching Hodeidah port, carry more than 87 thousand tons of gasoline and 42 thousand tons of diesel.
