 Statement of condemnation regarding the execution of the militias of the coalition countries to execute four prisoners of the Yemeni army and popular committees.

In continuation of the series of crimes committed by the States of the Saudi-US-UAE alliance and its militias, the right of humanity, Where the coalition militia executed four prisoners belonging to the Yemeni army and fighters of the Popular Committees, On Saturday, 22 July 2017, in a directorate mawzae the province of Taiz, under the direct supervision of the UAE forces supporting and incubating these militias in that region.
We in the Civil Coalition for Development and Freedom condemns in the strongest terms, we condemn this immoral and inhuman crime it is ablatant and flagrant violation of international public law and international humanitarian law ، Article 3 common to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and (Additional Protocol II states): However, persons deprived of their liberty for reasons related to the conflict must be treated humanely in all circumstances.. They are especially protected from murder, torture and cruel, degrading treatment. They must be released and repatriated without delay as soon as military operations have ended According to this legal description, the actions of these armed militias against these prisoners,is a war crime that meets all the standards in the proceedings of international courts, as stipulated in international and humanitarian law.

The Civil Coalition also condemns the silence of the United Nations, the Security Council and the international community, chanting for their protection of those laws that preserve and protect human rights, which stands by and does not move in the face of these crimes and violations committed By the coal countries and their militias against the Yemenis for nearly three years in full view of the world, in defiance of the international system.

And to stand by the Yemeni people, and exposed him of a comprehensive war of extermination, and that erosion and expose countries and aggression perpetrated war crimes against the peoples of the world.

In conclusion of the statement, we ask God for the mercy of the victims, the healing of the wounded, our solidarity and our great sympathy with their families.
