HODEIDAH, May 8 (YPA) – Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) on Tuesday announced that two vessels carrying 31,869 tons of petrol and diesel arrived at the Port of Hodeidah.
The company said in a statement that the two vessels, “Lucky Freedom” carrying 11,395 tons of diesel and “Karp Diem” carrying 20,474 tons of petrol, arrived after they have been hold by Saudi-led coalition for 41 days and 18 days consecutively.
The statement confirmed that the company has prepared catering programs to distribute the two vessels’ shipment according to the real needs of the local market and the most vital sectors.
“The number of ships that arrived at Hodeidah port has risen to four out of a total of nine ships that Aden committee has announced their entry recently, while the entry of the rest is still deliberately delayed, in order to increase the suffering of the citizens and tighten the screws on them,” the statement said.
