Yemeni Parliament Condemns Ongoing Zionist Atrocities Against Palestinians, Calls for International Action
In its session on Wednesday, the Yemeni Parliament strongly condemned and denounced the continued brutal massacres committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people in Gaza, most recently the massacre carried out by Israeli occupation forces in Khan Yunis.
The Parliament highlighted that the Zionist occupation entity continues to commit horrific massacres and acts of genocide without any response from the international community in the face of these crimes.
The Parliament condemned the shameful Arab and international silence regarding the enemy’s ongoing desecration of Palestinian blood.
It noted that, without the complicity of the international community, the United Nations, and the UN Security Council, the Zionist entity would not have persisted in committing more massacres and targeting citizens’ homes and gatherings.
The Parliament reiterated its call for all the free people of the world to act urgently to stop the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza, the West Bank, and all occupied Palestinian territories.
During the session, the Parliament expressed appreciation for the positions of the Arab and Islamic countries, organizations, and institutions that quickly condemned the Zionist aggression against Yemen.
The Parliament called for the unification of the nation’s ranks to confront the US-British Zionist arrogance in the region.
Recently, 90 Palestinians, half of whom were children and women, were killed, and 300 others were injured, including dozens of children and women, in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, in a massacre committed by Zionist enemy forces through house bombardment and intense firebombing.
Israeli forces targeted a residential building belonging to the Shurabji family on the main road between Al-Nas Intersection and Al-Aqsa University Roundabout in Al-Mawasi Khan Younis, which the enemy had previously designated as a safe area. They carried out firebombing and shelled the tents of displaced persons and civil defense crews who arrived for rescue operations.
Israel launched the campaign of death, destruction and genocide after it was caught off-guard by Operation Al-Aqsa Storm into the occupied territories.
The regime has been enforcing a near-total siege on the coastal territory, which has reduced into a trickle the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory.
