Three women & two girls killed in drone strike belonging to aggression’s mercenaries in Taiz
Five women, including two girls, were killed today, Saturday, in Taiz province as a result of an air strike carried out by drones belonging to the aggression’s mercenaries.
The Human Rights Office in Taiz condemned the aggression’s mercenaries targeting populated areas, which is a violation of international laws , conventions, and a war crime that exposes its perpetrators to criminal accountability.
It pointed out that the aggression’s mercenary warplanes targeted the village of Al-Shajin, Al-Maja’shah district, in the Maqbanah district, which led to the martyrdom of three women and two girls while they were fetching water from a well.
It stated that the victims were the girl Tahani Adnan Ahmed Abdullah – 12 years old, the girl Ghalia Adnan Ahmed Abdullah – eight years old, Afrah Adnan Ahmed Abdullah – 17 years old, Badriya Ahmed Abdullah Suleiman – 33 years old, and Awada Salem Abdullah Suleiman – 25 years old.
The Human Rights Office confirmed that this crime comes within a series of crimes committed by the mercenaries of the aggression in recent times, holding the mercenaries and the countries of the aggression coalition criminally responsible for this horrific massacre.
It called on all interested international and local organizations to carry out their responsibility in monitoring these crimes and violations, working to stop them, and prosecuting their perpetrators until they are brought to justice.
