Parliament approves addressing UN Secretary-General & Security Council to investigate Zionist enemy’s massacres in Gaza
The Parliament began holding the first working sessions of its third term of the second session of the nineteenth annual session today, Saturday, headed by the Parliament speaker ,Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i.
The Council began its work by reading Al-Fatihah as a sign of mercy for the Council member from District (187) in Al-Hodeida province, Abdulaziz Al-Wahidi.
During the session, the Council addressed the latest developments in the national Palestinian arena, and the brutal massacres committed by the Zionist entity’s forces against the Palestinians.
The Council approved addressing the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Security Council regarding the necessity of investigating the massacres and mass graves committed by the Zionist enemy in Gaza.
It stressed the importance of activating and developing the performance of the Council and its permanent committees to meet the requirements of the next stage, as well as continuing the Council’s achievements and carrying out the work presented to it with responsibility and competence.
The Parliament Speaker called on everyone to stand together alongside the revolution leader and the political leadership to confront the challenges and conspiracies hatched by America , the Zionist entity against Yemen and the nation.
The Parliament Speaker , Member of the Hearing Council and Caretaker Minister of State for the Affairs of the Parliament and Shura Council, appointed Dr. Ali Abu Haliqa, to provide the Council with the report in a future session.
At the same parliamentary level, the Council heard from the Deputy Speaker of the Council, Abdul Rahman Al-Jamai, a proposal regarding the restructuring of the Council’s committees.
The Council also listened to the report minutes of the last session of the last period, and the Council will continue its work tomorrow, Sunday, God Almighty willing.
