Officer Investigating Assassination of UN Official Killed in Taiz
An officer assigned to investigate the assassination of UN official, Moayad Hamidi, was killed, Tuesday, in the city of Taiz.
Local sources in the governorate said that the city’s criminal investigation officer, “Adnan Al-Muhya”, was killed by gunmen as he left his home in the city of Taiz.
According to observers, the killing of Al-Muhya indicates that what was announced by the security services was only to divert attention from the real killers, noting that the operation confirms the involvement of large personalities in the operation.
Recently, unknown gunmen assassinated the head of the World Food Program team in US-Saudi-occupied Taiz.
Media sources reported that armed individuals in Al-Turbah area, which is under the control of the US-Saudi mercenaries, fired at a UN car, targeting the head of the WFP team, Moayad Hamidi – Jordanian, with six bullets, which resulted in his death instantly.
