Parliament affirms importance of directives included in speech of revolution leader on anniversary of Imam Zaid martyrdom
The Parliament affirmed the importance of the directives included in the speech of the revolution leader AbdulMalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Zaid, peace be upon him, in which he urged everyone to sense historical, national and religious responsibility.
In its session on Tuesday, chaired by Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Rai, the Council warned the aggression coalition against continuing to deprive the Yemeni people of their wealth, stressing the importance of taking these warnings seriously, because the people have endured a lot and will not allow them to be deprived of their national wealth and occupy the country.
The council referred to the effects of the aggression and the siege and the requirements for true peace, which the leader of the revolution touched upon in light of the continued siege and occupation and the efforts of the aggression coalition to spread strife, which requires strengthening steadfastness and assuming historical, national and religious responsibility.
He pointed to what was included in the speech of the Leader of the Revolution in terms of a call for vigilance and awareness of the greatness of responsibility and action with a high level of awareness and insight.
In the session, the Council reviewed the report of the Public Health and Population Committee regarding the results of its study of the responses of the Cancer Control Fund to the recommendations of the Council, and postponed its discussion to a next session in the presence of the concerned government side.
