Displaced people in Marib call on international organizations to evacuate them due to tribal fighting
The displaced people in the Al-Massel camp in Wadi Obeida, south of the city of Marib, appealed on Sunday to international organizations to evacuate them from the camp, which has become amid the fire of conflicting forces.
Local sources said that dozens of displaced families in Al-Massell camp managed this morning to flee from the camp after the clashes reached the camp.
At dawn today, a house, a shop and two farms were burned in the camp as a result of shells.
According to local sources in the city of Marib, dozens of fighters from “Al-Fajih” and Al-Munif’ tribes were killed or wounded, without any indications about the possibility of containing the situation.
The Saudi-led coalition countries provided the two sides of the conflict with various weapons, especially armored vehicles and tanks, in addition to the entry of drones on the front line, according to the sources.
