Israeli occupation forces arrest 12 Palestinians in West Bank, Al-Quds

Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday, launched campaign of arrests in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Palestinian sources reported that the enemy forces arrested six civilians from the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates in the southern occupied West Bank.

In the same context, the enemy forces raided the town of Tarqumiyah in the north of the province, which led to the outbreak of violent confrontations.

During the confrontations, the enemy soldiers fired live and rubber bullets, gas and sound bombs, leaving injures and suffocation cases.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, enemy forces arrested four civilians, after raiding the town of Al-Yamun, storming the homes of their relatives and tampering with their contents.

The enemy forces also arrested a young man, Muhammad Majid An, a resident of Aqbat Jaber refugee camp, south of the city of Jericho, east of the West Bank, at Tayar checkpoint they set up at the southern entrance to the city.

In occupied city of al-Quds, the occupation forces arrested an activist from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and took him to the “Bab al-Silsila” interrogation center, in conjunction with settlers’ incursions into the mosque.
