Transport Authority condemns arbitrary measures against travelers in port of Al-Wadiah
The Land Transport Regulatory Authority denounced the arbitrary measures and extortion that Umrah pilgrims and travelers are subjected to at Al- Wadiah border port.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the authority indicated that these arbitrary measures practiced by the mercenaries of aggression in the port of Al-Wadiah against Umrah pilgrims and travelers and their deliberate delay in travel procedures under the guidance of the aggression coalition are contrary to international and humanitarian norms, charters and agreements.
It stressed that the practices of mercenaries of aggression in the port of Al-Wadiah caused a doubling of the suffering of travelers departing and arriving through the border port.
The statement pointed out that the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government pay great attention to the humanitarian aspect that the aggression and its mercenaries are trying to use as a pressure card.
The Authority called on the United Nations to pressure the aggression coalition and its mercenaries to quickly facilitate procedures for Umrah pilgrims and travelers at the port of Al-Wadiah.
