The Israeli occupation forces surrounded an apartment inside a residential building in the western garage area on Haifa Street and the vicinity of Al-Kindi School.
They called on young men inside to surrender, but they refused before arresting two of them amid conflicting reports about their fate, especially after traces of blood were found in the apartment.
