Wave of cold frosts destroy agricultural crops in Bayda
A wave of cold frosts ended on Saturday agricultural crops in Radaa area of Bayda Province in central Yemen.
According to local residents, a large frost wave hit agricultural crops in al-Riashiyah areas, the most severe of which was in village of Beit al-Nuwaira and the residents also confirmed that the strong wave caused snow masses that filled the slopes of the mountains and covered the leaves of trees.
According to citizens, this is the strongest frost wave the region has seen, especially since it came at a time when temperatures began to rise with the end of winter, and the wave caused a great shock to farmers as it came out of time for frost waves.
