Al-Ajri describes Western sanctions as “economic terrorism”
Member of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, AbdulMalik Al-Ajri, has described the West’s sanctions as economic terrorism that went beyond the politicization of the economy.
“The West criticized the Arabs’ ban on exporting oil to countries supporting Israel in 1973 and considered it politicizing the economy and turning oil into a weapon, and today the torrent of sanctions has reached to ban cats and books of literature,” Al-Ajri said in a tweet on Twitter.
He pointed out that this phenomenon has gone beyond the politicization of the economy to a new form of terrorism. “An economic terrorism that will outweigh all other forms of terrorism in terms of damages.”
