Abdulsalam Thanks Russia for Rejecting US-British Aggression on Yemen

The head of the National Delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, met on Tuesday with the Russian Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov.

“The meeting discussed the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the need to work on stopping the aggression on Palestine, and halting the US-British aggression on Yemen,” Abdulsalam said.

The meeting also touched on Yemeni operations in the Red Sea, stating that they do not pose a threat to international navigation or target anyone. Rather, they are operations in support of the Palestinian people and a response to the US-British airstrikes on Yemen.

“We emphasized the importance of the understanding Russian role towards Yemen’s supportive position towards Palestine. We thanked the Russian position for rejecting the US-British aggression against Yemen and supporting the humanitarian and political process in our country,” Abdulsalam added.

The meeting also reviewed the implications of the de-escalation efforts between Yemen and the aggressor countries, emphasizing the necessity of reaching a comprehensive solution that ensures Yemen’s unity and sovereignty.

The ongoing aggression against Yemen is a desperate attempt to stop Yemen from enforcing its decision to prevent Zionist ships from passing through the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, who are facing a genocidal war by the Nazi Zionist entity.

Yemenis have openly declared their support for Palestine’s struggle against Zionist occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7, following the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance movements.

Earlier, the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik, affirmed that Yemen’s operations are continuing within the framework of the fourth stage and will be in a continuous escalation in terms of quantity and quality.
